In 2018 an 83-year-old friend provided the inspiration to learn and begin a bead and crystal jewelry-making training and business.for women who for various reasons could not leave home.

Women love creating beautiful jewelry. "Allure"  is providing a welcome and empowering work-skill to Dalit women, especially the widows and mothers with infants who find it difficult to leave home for work. Therefore they love any opportunity that would help them to work at home and earn.
